The Triangle Friends of African American Arts is bringing together 10 performing arts organizations to showcase the wonderful African American plays and musicals that will hit the stages in 2018. The evening will include dramatic readings, songs and scenes from upcoming performances.
Mike Williams, founder of the Black On Black Project will serve as emcee.
The event takes place on Sunday, January 14 at 7 p.m. inside the Cantey V. Sutton Theatre at Raleigh Little Theatre located 301 Pogue Street, Raleigh.
Tickets are $15 and all proceeds from ticket sales support the work of Triangle Friends of African American Arts. Tickets are on sale now.
